If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive. For larger/heavier items sent via courier please contact us to arrange a collection. For items sent via Royal Mail, please send to the address below.
Please note that if the item/s are simply not wanted and are as stated in the advert, consumers are liable for postage costs, plus any cost of collecting the item/s (£10 collection charge per parcel collected). The cost of the item/s will be refunded, but not the postage cost stated on the invoice. Items that are simply unwanted must be returned UNUSED, items that have been used will not be refunded. The cost of returning an order/product to us will only be refund if items are shown to be faulty.
Faulty items will be refunded including postage costs, please send the items back 1st or 2nd class post and obtain a reciept from the post office as proof of postage.
Please include your customer details (see below), items returned with no details may not be able to be refunded if we cannot identify which customer they have been returned from.
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH RETURNS –
All parts of the item(s) including any original box/packing.
Your name and address.
Your order number. If you do not have an order number please also include the date of the order and the value.
A short note to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
These must be included with your return for us to locate your original order and process the refund or replacement.
