PARTY PIG SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping and Returns
Most orders are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before midday - 2pm. Please add another working day to orders placed after 2pm (we class Monday to Friday as working days). Please note that we do not despatch orders over the weekend (Sat/Sun).

Please note: Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am to 5:30pm.

For Saturday deliveries...please contact us for a delivery quote as extra charges may apply.

Product title/description and a clear question.

Lost items

Items sent via Royal Mail:
Items that have not been received within 14 days will be replaced once we have confirmed the items are lost. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so that we can arrange a replacement and report the lost/delayed item to Royal Mail.

If items sent via Courier have not been received please contact us so we can locate the tracking details.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive. For items sent via Royal Mail, please send to the address below.

Please note that if the item/s are simply not wanted and are as stated in the advert, consumers are liable for postage costs. The cost of the item/s will be refunded, but not the postage cost stated on the invoice. Items that are simply unwanted must be returned UNUSED, items that have been used will not be refunded. The cost of returning an order/product to us will only be refund if items are shown to be faulty.

Faulty items will be refunded including postage costs, please send the items back 1st or 2nd class post and obtain a reciept from the post office as proof of postage.

Please include your customer details (see below), items returned with no details may not be able to be refunded if we cannot identify which customer they have been returned from.

THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH RETURNS –

All parts of the item(s) including any original box/packing.

Your name and address.
Your order number. If you do not have an order number please also include the date of the order and the value.
A short note to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.

These must be included with your return for us to locate your original order and process the refund or replacement.

1-2 day delivery by courier (Mon to Fri) £6.95

3-5 day delivery (Mon to Fri) £2.95

Smaller, lighter items sent via Royal Mail 2nd class should reach you within 3-5 days from the date of despatch, however Royal Mail do not guarantee this, 2nd class items can still, on occasions take up to 10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding.

Large items and parcels are sent via courier and should reach you within 3-5 working days from the date of despatch (orders are despatched Monday to Friday). Although we promise to do all we can to achieve delivery deadlines, we like others can not give any guarantees, on this basis claims for consequential loss against Party Pig (CN ICE Ltd) will not be accepted. If there are any problems such as low stock levels, delivery address incomplete etc, we will contact you via email or by phone within one working day (Mon to Fri).
